Bookings, and Cancelling
Bookings must be for a minimum of 2 hours, and should a booking need to be cancelled please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no access to the home may result in a fee ($25).
Client Prep
Tidying is not necessary but will allow for efficiency. Personal items stored away, and doors closed to areas you would like me to avoid. Let me know ahead of time about special requests, cleaning methods, or fragile items. For move-outs, remove unwanted belongings or large debris. Disposal will result in an extra fee.
Pet Policy
Pets may be secured during cleaning, or left out at owners discretion. I use pet-safe products, but please share any sensitivities. Cleaning of pet waste will result in an extra fee.
Damage and Satisfaction
If damage occurs, I’ll notify you immediately and work toward a fair solution. Report any concerns within 48 hours for a touch-up. I am not responsible for pre-existing damage or unstable items.
